Is it free?

Yes. Noctenna is open source under the MIT licence and adds no fee to any swap, trade or bridge. You pay your own AI model and normal network fees.

Where are my keys?

In your computer's keychain. No server ever sees them, no tool can read them, and exporting a key only works in your own terminal.

Can it trade without asking me?

No. It prepares every action and shows you the summary first. Nothing is sent until you say yes, and a daily dollar limit you set caps what it can spend.

Which AI models work?

Any key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or OpenRouter, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or a local model through Ollama. You can also plug the same tools into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Gemini CLI.

Is trading live?

Not yet on mainnet. Everything that reads is live now: launch checks, funding, perps markets, balances and quotes. Trading opens at the token launch, and testnet is open for practice.

Can I use perps where I live?

Arcus and Lighter are not available in the US, Canada, the UK or sanctioned regions. Noctenna reminds you before the first perps action. Use them only where you may.
